Through the forms on this website (for example, the group proposal request) we collect the data you provide voluntarily — name, phone number, email address and the remaining fields of the relevant form — for the sole purpose of responding to your enquiry and, where applicable, preparing a tailor-made proposal for you.
We do not use this data for any purpose other than the one that prompted your enquiry, unless you expressly authorise us to do so.
The legal basis for processing your data is your consent, which you give by ticking the acceptance box and submitting the relevant form.
We keep your data only for as long as necessary to deal with your enquiry and, should a commercial relationship be formalised, for the period required by applicable law. You may request its deletion at any time (see section 6).
Your data is not shared with third parties unrelated to the provision of the service. For sending and managing email we use standard email providers (such as Google Workspace). Should we use an additional provider for automated form submissions in the future, this section will be updated to state explicitly which one.
You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and data portability at any time by writing to us at golf@panoramicagrupo.com, stating the right you wish to exercise and enclosing a copy of a document proving your identity.
If you believe we have not handled your data properly, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD).
The only data we process is that which you provide to us directly through the forms on this website.
